1. Promoter: Matalan Retail Ltd, Perimeter Road, Knowsley Industrial Park, LIVERPOOL, L33 7SZ. Prize Provider: Jet2holidays Limited, Low Fare Finder House, Leeds Bradford Airport, Leeds, LS19 7TU
2. Entrants to this prize draw must be residents of England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must be aged 18 years or over. Employees and officers of Matalan Retail Limited, Jet2CityBreaksholidays Limited, Jet2.com Limited, Jet2 plc or any companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the prize draw (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter, which includes in-store staff.
Entrants will need to be signed up to Matalan Me, but do not need to opt in to Matalan Me or Jet2 marketing to enter the prize draw.
5. Entrants must enter their name and email address in the web form and press submit to enter the prize draw and agree that they consent to the T&Cs of the prize draw. Entrants will be automatically entered by clicking ‘SUBMIT’.
6. In order to be entered into the prize draw, the entrant must have provided (whether when entering this prize draw or previously) either a valid telephone number or valid email address by which the Promoter and Prize Provider may contact the entrant.
7. Entrants’ details will be used to administer the prize draw and award the prize. Details will be used in accordance with the Matalan privacy policy, see https://www.matalan.co.uk/customer-services/privacy.list and the Jet2holidays privacy policy, see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policyhttp://www.jet2.com/privacy
8. When entering the prize draw entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Matalan. If entrants choose to opt in, their details will be retained by Matalan for the purposes of marketing (which may include news of products and services including store events, offers, promotions and sale information, which we feel will be of interest to you, from Matalan).
9. Entrants will also be invited to opt in to receive marketing from Jet2holidays. If entrants choose to opt in, their details will be shared with Jet2holidays for the purposes of marketing (which may include activities such as passing on information about deals, offers and promotion codes from Jet2holidays).

10. Entries will be accepted via the Matalan web form between 00.00 on Tuesday 10th March until 23.59 on Sunday 29th March 2026 only. Entries after 23:59 on Sunday 29th March 2026 will not be accepted.
11. One entry per person.
12. No purchase necessary.

Selecting the Winner
13. The prize draw will take place within 14 days of 29th March 2026.
14. The winner will be selected at random and notified within 7 days of the prize draw taking place.
15. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter and Prize Provider by email or telephone. The winner must claim their prizes within 14 days of being notified of their win by the Promoter. Details on how to claim will be provided with the winner’s notification and the winner consents to its details being provided to the Prize Provider for the purpose of providing the prize only. If the winner fails to claim their prize within 14 days of being notified, they will forfeit their prize and another winner will be selected from the valid entries. entries.

The Prize
16. The prize winner will win a 7 night Jet2holiday to Sorrento for 2 adults (winner and 1 adult aged 18 years or above at the time of travel). The Jet2holiday prize is subject to Jet2holidays Limited terms and conditions which can be found below.
17. The prize is provided by the Prize Provider detailed above. For any complaints, issues or other communication regarding the prize, please contact the Prize Provider. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter will not accept any liability for or arising from the prize.
18. The winner will be expected to take part in reasonable publicity associated with the promotion, including but not limited to the Promoter publishing the winner’s first name, date of their win and county of residence on the Promoter’s website, email and its social media. In accepting the prize, you agree to take part in such promotional activity.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason at its absolute discretion.
20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting a prize or for your email address details being incorrect or invalid which means the Promoter is prevented from contacting you. Nothing in these rules shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the Prize Draw at any time, or to withdraw the promotion altogether for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize or any part thereof with an alternative prize or dates, property, transfers, destinations of equal or higher value
23. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
24. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
26. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Jet2Holidays Prize terms:
1. 1. One winner will win a Jet2holiday to Sorrento: a) a 7-night holiday for 2 adults (aged 18 years or above at time of travel) in a standard double or twin room on a half board basis at the Grand Hotel President, Sorrento. This prize includes return flights for up to 2 people from any UK Jet2.com base that flies to Naples, return overseas transfers AND 1 free item of checked baggage of up to 22kg per person.
b. This prize must be booked by 30th June 2026 and all travel completed between:
20/04/2026 - 21/05/2026 or
01/06/2026 - 17/07/2026 or
27/07/2026 - 03/08/2026 or
01/09/2026 - 22/10/2026 or
19/04/2027 - 28/05/2027 or

2. Transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. No optional flight/board//transfer/accommodation supplements are included in the prize. Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance.
3. If a prize is not booked by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited.
4. The prize is subject to these terms and conditions (“Prize Terms”) and the Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's terms and conditions (together the "Terms and Conditions") which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. The holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions, and these Prize Terms, these prize draw terms and conditions will take precedence.
5. Prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.
6. Jet2holidays reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute the prize or any element of the prize with alternative dates/property/transfers/destinations at any time, to the equivalent prize value.
7. Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice. Please note that flight schedules are not guaranteed.
8. The prize and each element of the prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The prize may only be taken by the prize draw winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended.
9. The prize duration may not be extended and no element of the prize may be changed by the winner. Additional passengers outside the maximum amount permitted in the prize details may not be booked onto the prize booking.
10. All passengers must have a valid passport to travel, and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including any medical/health screening requirements or similar.

General Terms: 11. Entrants’Winners details will be used to administer the prize draw and award the prize. Details will be used in accordance with the Jet2holidays privacy policy (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policy http://www.jet2.com/privacy).
12. When entering the prize draw entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Jet2holidays. 13. Where Jet2holidays makes any changes to the prize (including dates of travel), no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or any prize, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud.
