**Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter:
The Promoter is Matalan Retail Ltd, Matalan Head Office, Perimeter Road, Knowsley Industrial Park, Liverpool, Merseyside, L33 7SZ, United Kingdom (registered company number 02103564).
The promotion is run in partnership with Pure Gym Limited, trading as PureGym, Town Centre House, Merrion Centre, Leeds, LS2 8LY (registered company number 06690189).

2. Eligibility:
This prize draw is open to registered Matalan Me members only. Employees and officers of Matalan Retail Ltd, any company within the Matalan group, Pure Gym Limited trading as PureGym, their respective group companies, agencies or any organisation professionally involved with this prize draw, together with their close relatives, are not eligible to enter. Only one entry is permitted per Matalan Me member.

3. Promotional Period:
Entries will be accepted from 00:00 on Tuesday 1 September 2026 until 23:59 on Wednesday 30 September 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter:
To enter the prize draw, entrants must access the Matalan Me Reward Wallet and select the PureGym offer. Entrants must then follow the link to the external offer landing page where the prize draw is hosted and submit their full name, email address, date of birth, telephone number, postcode, Matalan Me membership confirmation and chosen gym. Entrants must select whether they wish to opt in to receive marketing communications from PureGym and click the relevant call-to-action box to enter the prize draw. By submitting an entry, entrants confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. One entry per Matalan Me member. No purchase necessary.

5. Prize:
There are twenty-five (25) PureGym memberships available to be won, comprising fifteen (15) 12-month PureGym memberships and ten (10) 6-month PureGym memberships. There will be twenty-five (25) winners in total. Two separate draws will be conducted for the two different prize types using the same pool of eligible entries. All prize memberships will commence on Thursday 8 October 2026 and will remain valid for the applicable 6-month or 12-month membership period from that date. Winners will receive 24-hour, seven-day-a-week access to their chosen PureGym for the duration of their prize membership, subject to PureGym's membership terms and conditions. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

6. Winner Selection:
A total of twenty-five (25) winners will be selected at random using a computer-generated random name selector on Monday 5 October 2026 from all eligible entries received during the promotional period. Two separate draws will be conducted, one for the fifteen (15) 12-month memberships and one for the ten (10) 6-month memberships.

7. Winner Notification:
Winners will be contacted by Matalan Retail Ltd via email on Thursday 8 October 2026 using the email address associated with their Matalan Me account or the email address provided when entering the prize draw. Winners must respond to the notification email within three (3) days to acknowledge receipt and provide any information required to fulfil the prize. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within three (3) days of notification or fails to provide the information required to fulfil the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected at random. Once a winner has accepted the prize, Matalan will securely transfer the winner's details to PureGym for the purpose of fulfilling the prize.

8. Prize Terms:
PureGym's full membership Terms & Conditions apply to all prize memberships and are available at https://www.puregym.com/membership-terms-conditions/. Prize memberships are valid only at the winner's chosen PureGym location and provide 24-hour, seven-day-a-week access for the duration of the applicable membership period, subject to PureGym's membership Terms & Conditions. The prize cannot be transferred to another person, used in conjunction with another offer, exchanged for cash or exchanged for any other product or service.

9. Personal Data:
Entrants' personal information will be used for the purposes of administering the prize draw, contacting winners and fulfilling the prize. Once a winner has accepted their prize, Matalan will securely transfer the winner's details to PureGym solely for the purpose of prize fulfilment. If an entrant chooses to opt in to receive marketing communications from PureGym, their full name, email address, date of birth, postcode and chosen gym will be transferred securely to PureGym following the end of the campaign promotional period. PureGym Limited will use this personal information to contact the entrant with marketing communications about this promotion and related PureGym offers in accordance with PureGym's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.puregym.com/privacy/. Entrants can withdraw their marketing consent at any time by emailing datarequest@puregym.com. Personal data will otherwise be processed in accordance with Matalan's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

10. Publicity:
The Promoter may request that winners participate in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion. Participation is voluntary.

11. Liability:
Neither Matalan Retail Ltd nor Pure Gym Limited trading as PureGym accepts responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or corrupted due to technical failures or circumstances beyond their reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded.

12. General:
Matalan Retail Ltd and Pure Gym Limited trading as PureGym reserve the right to withdraw, amend, suspend or cancel this promotion or these Terms & Conditions where necessary. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary. The Promoter's decision regarding all aspects of the promotion is final and binding.

13. Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
