Dolly’s Desserts is a family-run business founded by mother-daughter duo Charlie Smark and Janine Davies, and named after their much loved cockapoo, Dolly.

Based in Barnsley, we have two stores alongside our purpose built bakery, where we make our products fresh in-house. Our range includes freshly baked treats, authentic Italian gelato, Bake It Yourself Cookie Dough and Brownie Kits, and our own range of luxury dessert sauces, which we produce and bottle ourselves.

Alongside our stores, we ship our products to customers across the UK, with a focus on quality ingredients and great tasting desserts. Our partnership with Matalan gives us the opportunity to bring Dolly’s to a wider audience and introduce more customers to our products.

**Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter:
The Promoter is Matalan Retail Ltd, Perimeter Road, Knowsley Industrial Park, Liverpool, L33 7SZ (registered company number 02103564). The Prize Provider is Select Service Partner UK Limited trading as Dolly's Desserts (registered company number 12033411).

2. Eligibility:
This prize draw is open to residents of England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man aged 18 years or over. Entrants must be registered Matalan Me members at the time of entry. Employees of Matalan Retail Ltd, Select Service Partner UK Limited trading as Dolly's Dessert's, their respective group companies, agencies or anyone professionally connected with this promotion, together with members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotional Period:
Entries will be accepted from 00:00 on October 1st 2026 until 23:59 on Saturday 31st August 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter:
To enter the prize draw, entrants must access the Dolly's Dessert's reward via the Matalan Me Rewards Wallet, complete the online entry form with their name and email address, select whether they wish to opt in to receive marketing communications from Dolly's Dessert's, and click "Submit" during the promotional period. By submitting an entry, entrants confirm they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. One entry per Matalan Me member. No purchase necessary.

5. Prize:
Six (6) winners will each receive a bundle of dessert's provided by Dolly's Dessert's. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

6. Winner Selection:
A total of 6 (6) winners will be selected at random using a computer-generated random name selector on Monay 2nd November 2026 from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.

7. Winner Notification:
Winners will be contacted by Matalan Retail Ltd via email on Thursday 2nd November 2026 using the contact details supplied on entry. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not accept their prize within five (3) working days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected at random.

8. Prize Terms:
The offer is available to Matalan Me members. One redemption per member.

9. Personal Data:
Entrants' personal information will be used solely for administering the prize draw, contacting winners and fulfilling the prize. Once a winner has accepted their prize, their contact details will be shared securely with Select Service Partner UK Limited trading as Dolly's solely for the purpose of prize fulfilment. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Matalan's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

10. Publicity:
The Promoter may request that winners participate in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion. Participation is voluntary.

11. Liability:
Neither Matalan Retail Ltd nor Select Service Partner UK Limited trading as Dolly's Desserts accepts responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or corrupted due to technical failures or circumstances beyond their reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded.

12. General:
Matalan Retail Ltd and Select Service Partner UK Limited trading as Dolly's Dessert's reserve the right to withdraw, amend, suspend or cancel this promotion or these Terms & Conditions where necessary. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary. The Promoter's decision regarding all aspects of the promotion is final and binding.

13. Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
