1. Promoter:
The Promoter is Matalan Retail Ltd, Perimeter Road, Knowsley Industrial Park, Liverpool, L33 7SZ (registered company number 02103564).
The Prize Provider is ATG Entertainment Limited (registered company number 02671052).

2. Eligibility:
This prize draw is open to residents of England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man aged 18 years or over. Entrants must be registered Matalan Me members at the time of entry. Employees of Matalan Retail Ltd, ATG Entertainment Limited, their respective group companies, agencies or anyone professionally connected with this promotion, together with members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotional Period:
Entries will be accepted from 00:00 on Monday 13 July 2026 until 23:59 on Wednesday 12 August 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter:
To enter the prize draw, entrants must complete the online entry form with their name and email address and click "Submit" during the promotional period. By submitting an entry, entrants confirm they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. One entry per Matalan Me member. No purchase necessary.

5. Prize:
Twenty (20) winners will each receive one pair of tickets (2 tickets) to an opening night performance of Dirty Dancing – The Classic Story on Stage at one of the following ATG venues:

Milton Keynes Theatre – Tuesday 25 August 2026 (2 winners)

Liverpool Empire – Tuesday 1 September 2026 (2 winners)

Sunderland Empire – Tuesday 22 September 2026 (2 winners)

Palace Theatre Manchester – Tuesday 29 September 2026 (2 winners)

New Theatre Oxford – Tuesday 6 October 2026 (2 winners)

King's Theatre, Glasgow – Tuesday 13 October 2026 (2 winners)

Edinburgh Playhouse – Tuesday 27 October 2026 (2 winners)

Regent Theatre, Stoke-on-Trent – Tuesday 24 November 2026 (2 winners)

The Alexandra, Birmingham – Tuesday 19 January 2027 (2 winners)

New Wimbledon Theatre – Tuesday 13 April 2027 (2 winners)

A total of 40 tickets are available to be won. Each winner will receive one pair of tickets for one performance only. The prize cannot be exchanged for an alternative performance, venue or production.

6. Winner Selection:
Twenty (20) winners will be selected at random on Thursday 13 August 2026 from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.

7. Winner Notification:
Winners will be contacted by ATG Entertainment Limited via telephone and email on Friday 14 August 2026 using the contact details supplied on entry. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not accept their prize by Monday 17 August 2026, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected at random.

8. Ticket Terms:
Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be re-sold. No cash alternative will be given. Prize tickets are subject to ATG Tickets' standard Terms & Conditions, available at www.atgtickets.com/legal/terms-and-conditions, together with any venue or event-specific conditions.

9. Personal Data:
Entrants' personal information will be used solely for administering the prize draw, contacting winners and fulfilling the prize. Winner details will be shared with ATG Entertainment Limited solely for the purpose of administering the prize. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Matalan's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

10. Publicity:
The Promoter may request that winners participate in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion. Participation is voluntary.

11. Liability:
Neither Matalan Retail Ltd nor ATG Entertainment Limited accepts responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or corrupted due to technical failures or circumstances beyond their reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded.

12. General:
Matalan Retail Ltd and ATG Entertainment Limited reserve the right to withdraw, amend, suspend or cancel this promotion or these Terms & Conditions where necessary. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary. The Promoter's decision regarding all aspects of the promotion is final and binding.

13. Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
