**Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter:
The Promoter is Matalan Retail Ltd, Perimeter Road, Knowsley Industrial Park, Liverpool, L33 7SZ (registered company number 02103564). The Prize Provider is Select Service Partner UK Limited trading as Millie's Cookies (registered company number 05687183).

2. Eligibility:
This prize draw is open to residents of England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man aged 18 years or over. Entrants must be registered Matalan Me members at the time of entry. Employees of Matalan Retail Ltd, Select Service Partner UK Limited trading as Millie's Cookies, their respective group companies, agencies or anyone professionally connected with this promotion, together with members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotional Period:
Entries will be accepted from 00:00 on Saturday 1 August 2026 until 23:59 on Monday 31 August 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter:
To enter the prize draw, entrants must access the Millie's Cookies reward via the Matalan Me Rewards Wallet, complete the online entry form with their name and email address, select whether they wish to opt in to receive marketing communications from Millie's Cookies, and click "Submit" during the promotional period. By submitting an entry, entrants confirm they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. One entry per Matalan Me member. No purchase necessary.

5. Prize:
Three (3) winners will each receive a year's supply of Millie's Cookies. A year's supply consists of one (1) box of 12 classic Millie's Cookies per month for 12 months, provided in the form of vouchers by Millie's Cookies. The year begins when the first voucher is redeemed. Vouchers may only be redeemed once per calendar month and expire 12 months after the first redemption. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

6. Winner Selection:
A total of three (3) winners will be selected at random using a computer-generated random name selector on Thursday 3 September 2026 from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.

7. Winner Notification:
Winners will be contacted by Matalan Retail Ltd via email on Thursday 3 September 2026 using the contact details supplied on entry. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not accept their prize within five (3) working days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected at random.

8. Prize Terms:
The prize vouchers are redeemable at participating UK Millie's Cookies stores only and exclude franchise locations at Haven, Cove and Bury. Only original vouchers will be accepted. Vouchers may only be used once per month, cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or voucher, are not exchangeable for cash, and will be retained in store upon redemption. Defaced, torn or photocopied vouchers will not be accepted. Redemption is subject to availability and Millie's Cookies reserves the right to refuse vouchers where appropriate.

9. Personal Data:
Entrants' personal information will be used solely for administering the prize draw, contacting winners and fulfilling the prize. Once a winner has accepted their prize, their contact details will be shared securely with Select Service Partner UK Limited trading as Millie's Cookies solely for the purpose of prize fulfilment. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Matalan's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

10. Publicity:
The Promoter may request that winners participate in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion. Participation is voluntary.

11. Liability:
Neither Matalan Retail Ltd nor Select Service Partner UK Limited trading as Millie's Cookies accepts responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or corrupted due to technical failures or circumstances beyond their reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded.

12. General:
Matalan Retail Ltd and Select Service Partner UK Limited trading as Millie's Cookies reserve the right to withdraw, amend, suspend or cancel this promotion or these Terms & Conditions where necessary. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary. The Promoter's decision regarding all aspects of the promotion is final and binding.

13. Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
